I like photographing people and places... people in their places... people out of place thinking of their places. I'm fascinated by their stories, and want to tell them through my photographs.

I was born in Bangladesh, grew up in the United Kingdom, have worked in the Middle East for several years, and have travelled extensively in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

My training and professional career have been in graphic design. My interest in photography was born in college, grew through my travels, and has become the focus of my artistic expression. I've taken a master class with Stephen McCurry, and will soon begin working on a Masters degree in Documentary Photography and Photojournalism at the London College of Communication.

I seek the moment, the look, that capture the essence of the situation, and I'm drawn to projects that extend the situation to a narrative.
